Alcman TMS focuses its work on the transportation management system for total asset optimization.

Alcman TMS allows you to optimize costs and reduce delivery times, thanks to transport management that ensures dynamic rescheduling, time-critical transport control, simulation and cost allocation, which can be integrated into the Corporate Information System.

During the transport management analysis phase, after having set and shared the objectives to be achieved, the constraints to be respected during delivery planning activities are analyzed, decoded and structured and the integrations between the various IT, technical and technological systems are evaluated existing structures, or to be inserted, in the company.

The implementation and start-up phase of the solution includes setup of the software according to the constraints identified, training the operators and starting the test period before extending the use of the solution to all transports. During performance monitoring Alcman supports the customer in data analysis, in defining key indicators (KPIs) and in sizing the improvement achieved, as well as in reviewing planning logics in order to improve the entire transport system.

The delivery tracking system, thanks to the GPS georeferencing of the vehicles, allows users to react in real time and proactively to changed environmental conditions, rescheduling dynamically resources in order to ensure the correct progress of deliveries. Integrable with the Company Information System, it can contribute to the planning of production and warehouse activities, for a total optimization of the resources of the logistics system.
